I was very happy with the location. It allowed moving around easily using the Metro! Staff proved helpful with any request. I got sick during my trip and spent time at the hotel. The cleaning was excellent when I briefly left for breakfast at a bakery nearby.
The hotel could use a refresh, it seemed old. The entrance didn't look that great. The elevator was super small.

The staffs were nice and very helpful. One of the guys at front desk assist me to open a wine bottle at one night. He always greets my mother and me kinda. The room allow us to open the window and let in a fresh breeze in the morning. It overlooks the little street, and it add a lot to my experience.
The room has an odd smell. The hotel are very noisy. The hotel plumbing are so loud, it wake me multiple times a night. I do not like leave the room key at the desk every time I left the building.

The room smelled a little musty upon arrival. the shower head was positioned quite low. I am taller than average, so this made showering rather uncomfortable. The small lift was another issue. It barely fit two people. It seemed impractical given how many floors the hotel has. This caused frequent waits.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. they offered good advice on local restaurants and attractions. the metro was close. This allowed easy access to many sights. a boulangerie in front proved convenient for quick breakfasts.
The elevator was small. Only two people fit comfortably, though it wasn't a major problem for me.
